30+ years inside healthcare commercialization.

I've spent my career helping healthcare companies navigate the decisions between promising  innovation and commercial scale.

Across product marketing, enterprise sales. go-to-market and executive leadership. I've built global teams, launched products, shaped markets,  managed complex portfolios and helped companies navigate growth, expansion, M & A , and exit.

Today, I bring that experience to women's health founders and commercial leaders navigating their own next stage of growth.

I built Bostonia because growing startups shouldn't have to settle.

As companies scale, commercial complexity often grows faster than commercial capability.

The market changes. Buyers change. Product portfolios expand. New channels emerge. Investor expectations rise. And decisions that once felt straightforward become increasingly interconnected.

Yet growing companies are often forced to choose between building an entire commercial function in-house or cobbling together agencies, consultants and fractional resources that each own one piece of the problem.

Bostonia gives founders and commercial leaders access to experienced healthcare commercialization leadership and the capabilities to act on it when and where they need it.

I've sat on multiple sides of the commercial table.

COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP

Led across marketing, revenue and GTM, making decisions about markets, growth, investment, teams and commercial performance.

image.png

ENTERPRISE SALES

Spent years directly across the table from healthcare buyers—seeing what creates urgency, what builds conviction, and what moves complex decisions forward.

PRODUCT MARKETING

Building functions, managing portfolios, positioning products,

launching new offerings, and equipping commercial organizations.

AGENCY + ADVISORY

Built and led outside partnerships—bringing executive-level strategy and specialized capabilities to companies when and where they need them.

I've led growth from more than one seat at the table.

Commercial growth rarely belongs to one function. It requires decisions across market strategy, product, sales, marketing, customer growth and organizational leadership.

My perspective comes from having led across those intersections-and being accountable for what happened next.
